We encourage our inspectors to take their time to give each client their full attention. MTA’s booking staff will schedule a full two hours between each appointment, even longer for special interest or prestige vehicles. Each inspector is allocated three vehicle inspections per day; a fourth will be only permitted under ideal or special circumstances and only if approved by senior management.
